Dana White released a video blog last night, showing the fighters on Saturdays UFC on Fox 2 card, before and after they fought. These video blogs are always interesting, giving us a look at the fighters before and after they fight, seeing who communicates with who, and how people react to their wins or losses. White says he will be releasing more blogs this week in the build up to this weekends UFC 143, so I will share those here if they are worth looking at.
For now, here is the blog, and make sure to check out Phil Davis getting stitched up towards the end of the video, that cut on his shin is nasty.
