Chael Sonnen Watch! Go To Sleep time for Munoz.

With UFC on Fox 2 a little over three weeks away, some interesting news has come out about Sonnen's pre-fight planning. Apparently he is going to be walked to the ring by WWE wrestler CM Punk, in a move that is going to have plenty of people angry. There is no shortage of people who are already complaining that MMA is becoming too theatrical and taking on traits of professional wrestling, and this move is sure to have them up in arms once again. I am just excited to have the most interesting promo cutter in wrestling pairing up with the biggest mouth in Mixed Martial Arts.

The reports I read seem to indicate that Punk is just going to be walking down to the Octagon with Sonnen, and won't actually be cornering him during the fight. This is good news to me, as we all saw how it worked out when Mayhem Miller had civilian actor Kevin James corner him against Michael Bisping. Since the event is being held in Punk's native Chicago Sonnen could be hoping that his presence will get the fans on his side, and maybe he is right. I'd like to think that he doesn't care less whether the fans cheer or not however, but either way these two are an exciting pair to throw together, and I hope Punk storms the ring afterwards for some promo magic with Sonnen .
